Built for the snow trip
Who's skiing what
Everyone's level — first-timer, cruiser, off-piste — so lessons and who rides with who get sorted before the mountain.
Passes & hire, ticked off
Lift passes, gear hire, chains for the drive up: assigned and ticked off, so nobody's queuing on day one.
The lodge roster
Whose night to cook, who's on dishes — in the plan, so the lodge doesn't descend into chaos by Wednesday.
Forecast & the plan
The weather where you're staying on the home screen, and each day's plan — first chair, lessons, après.
The kitty
Log the lodge, the passes and the fondue night. The app works out who owes who, then you settle up your way.
Photos & awards
One photo wall for the stacks, then Stack of the Trip and Après MVP when it's over.

Questions
Does it work up the mountain?
It works wherever your phone does. Reception at resorts is usually fine in the village and patchy on the runs — the plan is on your phone once it's loaded.
Can it handle a mix of skiers, boarders and first-timers?
Yes. Everyone's level goes in the setup, and the plan, polls and jobs get built around it — lessons for the newbies, a meet-up spot for lunch.
Does it collect money for the lodge?
No — it records who paid for what and works out who owes who. You settle up the way you normally would.
Do people have to download it from the App Store?
No. It's a web app you add to your home screen from the link — it opens full screen with your event's name and icon, like any other app.
