Can we keep things secret from the Buck?
You decide who's in the app. Most crews leave the Buck out until the weekend starts, then add him — the plan he sees is the plan you've built.
Does it collect money for the weekend?
No — it never holds or moves money. You log what everyone's paid for, it works out who owes who (including splitting the Buck's share), and you settle up by bank transfer or however you normally do.
Who can see the photos?
Only people who've joined your event with its link and PIN. The photos aren't public and aren't posted anywhere else.
Do people have to download it from the App Store?
No. It's a web app you add to your home screen from the link — it opens full screen with your event's name and icon, like any other app.
