Questions
Does it work overseas?
Yes. It runs in the browser on everyone's phone, and the plan and countdown use the local time where you're going. It needs data or wifi, like any app.
We do this trip every year. Can we keep the old ones?
Each trip is its own app. Last year's stays as a read-only keepsake (a year from sign-up, longer if you extend), so the awards and photos are there to look back on.
Does it collect money for the trip?
No — it never holds or moves money. You log what everyone's paid for, it works out who owes who, and you settle up the way you normally do.
Do people have to download it from the App Store?
No. It's a web app you add to your home screen from the link — it opens full screen with your event's name and icon, like any other app.
